You shouldn't need a password to install it. Try to install a new version of your unzip software. That will probably solve it.

shell32.dll is a part of Active Desktop which is not in Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0. You must install it to Windows 95 and/or Windows NT 4.0 to Update the shell32.dll Version from 4.0 to 4.7. Search in google how to.

pay attention with WinNT 4: if you are substituting the original dll (version 4) with this one (version 4.72), you'll probably get a blue screen after reboot. Be prepared with the emergency recovery disk...
