I had the "missing mss32.dll" problem with rome total war. the reason i had to d/l the game is a long story: shortened--i lost cd #1. anyway all you have to do is go to the program files:activision folder, delete the Rome Total War icon and replace it with the icon from the Crack folder (among all the other extracted files)

http://www.radgametools.com/mssdown.htm download the miles sound system demos in the carpet were you installed it search for the mss32.dll take this file and put it on the ragnarok folder)or other game over the existing one, if this dondt work try putting it also on the system32 folder, after this I woldnt know if it dosent work, good luck

I actually have two Versions of Ragnarok installed on my computer, that's how I was able to get the correct .dll files.

Ok, I got the same problem that most of you are having with the RO private servers, such as DarkRO or TakoRO or w/e anyway what I did was to Download Normal Ragnarok Online the English Version should work but if you wanna be particular you can download Kro, well anyway once you do that, you copy and drag all the files you are missing like mss32.dll or whatever and put it into the folder with the private server. that should work but if it doesnt, oh well ^^

Well, I downloaded every single different mss32.dll file that's been posted so far, to no avail. Solution: If all of the above fails download the Ragnarok client again from a different source and make sure it's the latest version.
I had the same problem and nothing helped so I downloaded the RO client from a different source and everything was fine and dandy.
The RO client downlaod came with Sakray - don't know if that makes a difference (yes, I already had Sakray)
I also downloaded it using bit torrent. =/

No no guys, you only get that missing .DLL message when you are trying to play out of the folder where you extracted your files into! When you install the game, it installs BOTH ISO images that you extracted, so you don't need that file anymore! What some of you probably dont notice is that, when you installed th game it created a NEW folder AUTOMATICALLY will ALL the files extracted, this main folder is in Program Files/Rockstar/Vice City!
Make sure to put the crack in that folder, and then voila you play the game! (erase the regular icon and only have the Crack Icon)
