i just copied/paste spore creature creator to my usb-stick , and when i whas at an other pc and i putted the stick in it and i clicked spore , it said i needed this file . i downloaded and it works!!! :D

Ok, WTF, this thing screwed up my battle for middle earth 2. It kept crashing when I tried to play, but when I downloaded this, I couldn\'t even start up the game! All that comes up is a message saying \"see if you have at least Directx 9.0..\", but i could start the game before i downloaded this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? (I tried deleting the file, but it didn\'t work!)

Just built a new system (X2 3800+, A8N32-SLI Deluxe and a PNY 7900GT). Installed a fresh copy of Windows and got d3dx9_27.dll error when I tried to run Oblivion (worked on previous system). Pasted the file from this site in windows\system32. Problem solved. Thanks.

This file is useful for the game F.E.A.R. , when you re-install windows without deleting this game, you can just re-download this file, put it in Win\system32\ and play the game without re-installing :)
